My name is Scrubby and I am a social media kitty. I was pulled out of a home/trailer/garbage pit in 2006 and fostered through Kalamazoo Animal Rescue.
I was a mess. I lived with over 30 other kittens. Some of those kittens tested positive for distemper. I had botfly eggs growing in my body. I was flea-ridden and wormy.
My foster parents, Ken & Laurie Ruettimann, fell in love with me. They couldn’t let me go to another family because I’m so handsome and smart. And I know the Twitters.
The rest is history.
